Building Stronger Relationships

  • Investments: By investing in communities, non-profits, and charitable organizations, we can make a difference in the lives of others.
  • Virtual Volunteering: We encourage volunteerism across our organization by giving our team members eight hours of paid volunteer time off (in-person or virtual)

Sustainable Operations

We align our CSR strategy and reporting with standards and frameworks that are supported by our shareholders and we regularly report on our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks and opportunities in response to shareholder feedback and best practices.

  • SASB: We published our initial report aligning with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board in December 2020 HERE 
  • TCFD: We published our initial report aligning with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures in December 2020 HERE
  • CSR Report: We integrated SASB and TCFD into our 2020 CSR Report, which was published in April 2021 in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards HERE
