Angelo Venditti, Senior Vice President, Labor Disruption

Dr. Angelo Venditti serves as Senior Vice President, Labor Disruption, while also maintaining his responsibilities as Chief Nursing Executive. In this expanded role, he helps health systems navigate complex labor disruption events with the clinical, operational and workforce expertise required to maintain continuity of care and support patient communities. He recently led AMN Healthcare’s support of two of the largest strikes in healthcare industry history simultaneously – and example of the company’s expertise, scale and agility as a trusted partner during high-stakes events.

Dr. Venditti also leads clinical support of AMN caregivers and serves as a strategic advisor to clients for workforce solutions, market strategy, and clinical care delivery, bringing deep experience in workforce analytics and operational strategy to model cutting edge solutions and create transformative partnerships.

He brings more than 20 years of hospital and health system operational experience and more than 15 years of emergency management expertise to his labor disruption leadership role. Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, he was the Executive Vice President, Patient Care Services, Chief Nurse Executive and Chief Patient Experience Officer for Temple Health in Philadelphia. In the CNE role, he oversaw nursing practice and clinical operations across the health system, including Temple University Hospital’s three campuses, all outpatient clinics, and Fox Chase Cancer Center.  Dr. Venditti has been a registered nurse for over 20 years and has held various leadership positions over his 15-year leadership career.

Dr. Venditti received his nursing degree from Luzerne County Community College. He holds a BSN and MBA from Misericordia University and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Carlow University. He holds certification as a Nurse Executive-Advanced and is designated as a Fellow by the American College of Healthcare Executives.
