New Grad Mentors ensure that our PT, OT, Social Work, School Psychology, and SLP Clinical Fellowship new grads are prepared for success and have met their requirements while on a travel assignment.
How It Works
We hire passionate and dedicated leaders to connect with and supervise travel therapy new grads and Clinical Fellows as they start their careers. Mentors are tasked with providing direct and indirect supervision to their mentees each week. Preferred mentor skills are:
- Active unrestricted licensure
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Commitment to a supportive, strength-based mentoring approach
- Willingness to share practical insights
- Ability to provide consistent communication
