Department of Radiology Musculoskeletal Radiologist, Open RankThe Department of Radiology in the Joe R and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist that must be ABR certified/eligible by appointment start date. This is for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor to Professor /clinical rank and will include clinical and teaching duties. As a faculty member you will be providing services at University Hospital, Medical Arts and Research Center, UT Health Hill Country and other affiliated facilities. Our hospitals are regional referral centers for trauma, oncology, surgery, general medicine and organ transplantation.  Candidate must possess a Medical Degree, have completed an accredited Residency program, be ABR Certified/eligible, be fellowship trained in MSK, and currently have or be able to obtain a Texas State Medical License prior to start date. Applicants should be competent in diagnostic radiology to include musculoskeletal image-guided procedures. Duties include teaching medical students, overseeing/mentoring residents in the performance and interpretation of musculoskeletal imaging studies; participating in research and providing clinical care to patients; and participation in various teaching/patient management conferences.  Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications. UT Health San Antonio is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer including protected veterans and persons with disabilities.
