  • 4 Mohs suites with onsite Mohs lab
  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling options including 4-day work week
  • Focus: Majority Mohs surgery with some general dermatology required.
  • Volume: The current surgeon is doing 1500 cases per year and would like to decrease that volume some. New hire would ramp up cases quickly
  • Support: Join a dynamic team of  RN’s, 2 MA’s per provider, multiple highly trained midlevel’s, and a Mohs surgeon.
  • Culture: Collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes quality care, physician autonomy, and work-life balance.
Candidate Profile:
  • Required: Board-certified Dermatologist; Strongly prefer Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon.

    • General Dermatology: Starting at $600K + $50K sign-on
    • Experienced Mohs Surgeons: $700K+ 100k sign-on, depending on case volume
    • 45% collections-based production model once salary is covered, with potential for Partnership with buy-in
    • 5% of NP collections – approximation of 50k per year, if interested in overseeing a midlevel provider
    • Can easily earn 1M in total compensation
