This physician leader will provide clinical oversight, drive quality and regulatory performance, and partner with section and surgical leadership to advance program growth and academic impact.
  • Leadership & oversight: Provide clinical oversight across inpatient and outpatient services for advanced heart failure, LVAD/MCS, and heart transplant patients.
  • Quality & compliance: Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure ongoing compliance with key regulatory/accrediting bodies (e.g., UNOS/CMS).
  • Program development: Drive strategic growth and operational excellence for the MCS/Transplant program, in close collaboration with Advanced HF section leadership and transplant surgical directors.
