Join Swope Health, a comprehensive federally qualified health center, as their next Director of Revenue Cycle! The Position  
  • A Director of Revenue Cycle is needed to provide strategic and operational leadership for all revenue cycle functions across medical, dental, and behavioral health services, ensuring strong financial performance and regulatory compliance.
  • The Director of Revenue Cycle will be responsible for leading approximately 10 direct reports and will oversee patient access, insurance verification, coding, charge capture, claims management, denial resolution, and collections to optimize reimbursement and cash flow.
  • This leader will strive to establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators including AR days, clean claim rate, denial trends, and overall revenue integrity.
  • Key responsibilities include driving process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives to reduce revenue leakage and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Must ensure compliance with CMS, HRSA, Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, and FQHC billing regulations.
  • Seeking a collaborative leader that will partner with executive leadership and finance to analyze revenue trends, evaluate payer performance, and support forecasting and budgeting efforts.
  • Ideal candidates will be capable of fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In addition, this leader must possess strong Medicaid, EHR/EMR, and other revenue cycle systems experience. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred. 
  • Medicaid experience is required.
  • Experience within an FQHC setting is strongly preferred.
