You’ll be in a Skilled Nursing Facility delivering high-quality rehab to a diverse mix of post-acute and long-term care patients. Expect an 86% varying patient load that keeps your day interesting, sharpens your skills, and looks great on your resume, all within a supportive, team-focused environment. This is a 13-week assignment starting ASAP, with 8-hour day shifts and about 40 hours a week, no on-call. You’ll treat primarily adult and geriatric patients, helping them move better, function safer, and get back to what they love. Your day will include carrying out PT treatment plans, leading therapeutic exercises and functional training, working on balance and gait, and educating patients and families. You’ll document in the EMR, join team huddles, and stay closely connected with nursing and other disciplines to keep care coordinated and patient-centered.
