Your day will typically include completing comprehensive OT evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy services, and documenting progress in the EMR. Interventions often focus on ADL retraining, functional mobility, upper extremity strengthening, cognitive and safety training, and home or discharge planning. A standard schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts each week (5x8s) for a total of 40 hours, with some weekend coverage required as part of the team’s rotating schedule. This provides predictable full-time hours while still allowing for work-life balance and time to explore all that the Great Falls area has to offer.
