Interventions often focus on ADL retraining, functional mobility, upper extremity strengthening, cognitive and safety training, and home or discharge planning. A standard schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts each week (5x8s) for a total of 40 hours, with some weekend coverage required as part of the team’s rotating schedule. This provides predictable full-time hours while still allowing for work-life balance and time to explore all that the Great Falls area has to offer.
