Students on your caseload may present with a variety of needs including articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, fluency disorders, and social communication challenges. You will be responsible for conducting evaluations, writing comprehensive reports, developing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and providing both direct and indirect therapy services. A key component of this role is supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). You will oversee SLPA service delivery, assign appropriate therapy tasks, monitor documentation, and ensure that all services meet professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
