Certification in Radiation Therapy (AART/T) Medical Radiology Technologist license by the State of Texas (TMB). BLS SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of Mosaiq Record & Verify System –Standalone EMR for RadOnc (Mosaiq). Initiates emergent radiation treatments as appropriate in a manner that is safe and accurate. Inputs correct treatment information into Mosaiq and performs accurate calculations utilizing the RadCal software Maintains accurate records by performing daily and weekly patient chart checks in Mosaiq
