PT- outpatient needed asap Critical Access Hospital in remote location. PT travelers will work four 8-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift (36 Hrs/wk). Up to 1 weekend per month – 4 hours on the weekend maximum. BLS (AHA only) & MN PT License required. New grads welcome to apply (2 years PT experience preferred). 2-day orientation. Patient Care Modality: Outpatient and optional assist with IP float if applicant has interest in area. Floating between Hospital and LTC “Care Center” on as needed basis. EMR: Meditech. Attire: closed-toed shoes/tennis shoes, no hanging jewelry & nail polish ok.
