Outpatient Physical Therapist – Women’s Health. Shift: Will work 40 hours week Must have a minimum of 2 year’s experience. Shift: Variable start time 7:30/8/10:30AM Minor holidays are required. EMR: EPIC. Scrubs: any color. Required Upon Submission: 2 years experience in Outpatient PT. Pre/post Women’s Health/pelvic rehab required. Experience in treating pelvic dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pregnancy and post postpartum dysfunction. Experience in men’s pelvic health and/or APTA board certification a plus. AHA BLS for providers; OCS preferred. Active PT License. Required Upon Start: Active CT license is NOT required at time of submission, but they will need to get before they start. Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. N95 Fit test required. Locals are accepted (75 miles or less) at lower BR All time off required at time of submission.
