Blood Bank Medical Technologist needed asap Must have experience with Experience with SoftBank computer system and Immucor/Werfen Lumena analyzers. Previous travel preferred, Will accept Covid medical/religious exemption MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: MT/MLS (ASCP), 2 years of formal in-hospital experience, (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, EPIC/Beaker Soft Bank for Blood Bank experience, UNIT SPECIFIC INFO 1. Experienced with Immucor Echo/Lumena (or NEO IRIS) and SoftBank LIS system 2. Independent technologist that will work alone first and second shift surgical programs: Open Hearts, MTP, NICU – Gel Anitbody Screen used for NICU testing only, majority of antibody testing is automated on Immucor Lumena/Echo – antibody ID panels performed onsite – Rhogam testing performed Mandatory Emergency Staffing Requirement Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit. Float: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel’s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel’s clinical competence.
