You will perform ventilator management, administer respiratory therapies and medications, perform and interpret arterial blood gas analyses, and assist with airway management and tracheostomy care. You will also be involved in ventilator weaning protocols and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines to develop and implement individualized care plans.
