Your typical day will include performing evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. You will work with a mix of diagnoses that may include post-operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, neurologic disorders, balance and gait impairments, and general deconditioning. Patient populations are primarily adult and geriatric, although specific caseload mix may vary based on facility needs. You will be responsible for comprehensive assessments, goal setting, and progression of treatment plans, as well as accurate and timely documentation in the facility’s EMR system.
