Typical responsibilities include obtaining complete and diagnostic-quality studies, optimizing image acquisition, documenting findings within the EMR, and working closely with interpreting physicians to ensure timely reporting. Your typical day will involve managing a varied caseload, which may include routine studies, follow-up examinations, and complex cardiac cases. You will be expected to follow established protocols, maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and their families. The department environment is fast-paced but supportive, with emphasis on teamwork, shared problem-solving, and continuous learning. The schedule for this assignment is 4×10-hour shifts each week, with an expectation of 40 hours per week.
