No local candidates, must be 50 miles away from Facility Registered Respiratory Therapist: 2+ years of acute care hospital experience required. BLS, ACLS, PALS, & NRP required. CRT or RRT required. MT license required. Need to be flexible in all areas from NICU to ICU. EMR: Epic. Prior travel preferred. Shift nights and days must be flexible. Mainly inpatient, also do outpatient EKG’s. No specific scrub colors.

You will also be involved in setup, monitoring, and adjustment of ventilators and other advanced respiratory support systems, with opportunities to care for patients ranging from adults to, depending on assignment, pediatric or neonatal populations. You can expect a workload that is thoughtfully balanced, with staffing models designed to support safe patient ratios and allow time for thorough assessments and documentation. The patient mix often includes individuals with COPD, asthma, pneumonia, heart failure with respiratory compromise, post-operative respiratory needs, and acute respiratory failure requiring ventilatory support.
