Kristy Willis serves as Chief Commercial Officer at AMN Healthcare, where she leads the company’s commercial organization with a primary focus on client growth and market execution.
Ms. Willis brings more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale workforce and services businesses through sales-led growth, margin expansion, and operating-model transformation. Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, she served as President of PeopleReady, a $1.5B+ workforce solutions business and a division of TrueBlue, Inc. In that role, she held full enterprise P&L ownership across 500+ locations and 50+ U.S. markets.
Ms. Willis began her career with Adecco Group North America, where she spent nearly two decades, advancing through senior executive roles with full P&L responsibility across an approximately $1 billion portfolio. During that time, she consistently delivered top-tier financial performance, including leading the company’s #1 EBITDA-performing division for ten consecutive years.
Ms. Willis is a six-time honoree on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing. She has completed advanced executive education programs at both IMD Business School and Harvard Business School.
