Holly Novak serves as Chief People Officer at AMN Healthcare, leading the company’s human resources function and helping advance its people strategy for the future.
Ms. Novak brings more than 20 years of leadership experience building people strategies in complex, highly regulated organizations, with deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, workforce analytics, total rewards, and organizational performance.
Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, she served as Chief People Officer at Jack Henry, a financial technology company, where she led enterprise-wide human capital strategy for more than 7,000 team members and partnered with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team to drive organizational performance and long-term success.
Earlier in her career, she held human resources leadership roles at Jack Henry, CS3 Technology, Cal Farley’s, and Robert Half, building broad experience across HR operations, business partnership, and organizational development.
Ms. Novak is actively engaged with the Society for Human Resource Management at both the state and national levels. She earned her MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Texas Tech University.
