Paulette Anest oversees the mobilization of AMN Healthcare’s healthcare professionals to practice settings nationwide. She is responsible for ensuring that high-reliability systems, processes, and programs are in place to support this effort. Ms. Anest also provides clinical consultation, establishes strategic partnerships, and co-creates innovative workforce development, engagement, and retention solutions that result in cost savings and high-quality customer experiences. Additionally, she is responsible for securing AMN Healthcare corporate certifications for the Joint Commission, NCQA, and ANCC accreditation.
Ms. Anest is a human-centered leader who thrives in an atmosphere of challenge, inspiration, and innovation. Her journey in healthcare began as a staff nurse in Labor & Delivery and Maternal Fetal Care at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She continued practicing and leading in large teaching and academic medical centers, including Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, and New York Methodist Hospital. She is an advisory member for the ISPIN, represents AMN Healthcare as a board member for Nurses on Boards Coalition, and is an active member of American Organization for Nursing Leadership.
Ms. Anest earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing, focusing on Administration at UCLA School of Nursing.
