• Number of Beds: 31 • Patient Ratios: 2:1 • Equipment: Swan, Artlines, Balloon Pumps, Vents • EMR: Epic

This outstanding unit is looking for the right RN to join their team of compassionate and driven health care professionals. Join this highly motivated team of caregivers and enjoy a challenging and welcoming environment based on optimal patient care. Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Adult cardiac/ telemetry, Stroke, Vascular intervention, Hemodynamic monitoring.

High acuity ICU. Experience with Open heart, Neuro, CRRT experience. 30 Bed SICU-MICU-Neuro. Schedule includes working every other weekend, and every other Holiday; calling in sick on a weekend Friday 7p-Monday 7am will require making up the sick call on the following weekend Floating is an expectation of this contract should ICU experience low census. No RTO for holidays.

• Number of Beds: 22 • Patient Ratios: 1:2 • Equipment: Impella, IABP, Prismax CRRT, Zoll internal cooling device, Arctic Sun, • EMR: EPIC • Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years Cardiac Medical ICU, inpatient only • Preferred Skillset/Experience: experience with medical ICU patients, cardiac emphasis (arrhythmias, STEMI, post arrest) • Type of Patients on Unit: sepsis, respiratory (pneumonia, COVID, ARDS, etc.) post cardiac arrest, GI bleed, DKA, PE, renal failure, liver failure, pancreatitis, overdose, suicidal ideations, CIWA,

EMR-EPIC Scrub Color – Black • Number of Beds: 16 • Patient Ratios: 1:2. We do not guarantee ratios. Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstance • Equipment: bedside telemetry, ventilators, bipap/cpap, ventriculostomy’s, Arterial lines, central lines, arctic sun, CRRT, Zoll, etc. • EMR: EPIC • Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years ICU, inpatient only • Preferred Skillset/Experience: care of acute stroke, trauma and surgical patients Comprehensive stroke center, level 2 trauma center

Years of experience required: 3 years of ICU RN experience or more. Patient ratio: 2:1-Occasionally because of staffing demands or patients that 1:1 care, we do a 3:1 ratio on some of our more stable patients. This is done on a rotating basis depending on whose turn it is to take the 3 patient assignments.
