The first step in working with AMN Healthcare is to present your staffing needs to a member of our client services team. You will immediately be connected to your Regional Director. This team member will work with you to understand your facility's needs and will review our practices and pricing to determine how AMN's services can be customized to suit your individual staffing needs.

Next, a Hospital Account Manager will be assigned to your account to manage all of your staffing requests. This team member is adept at understanding your unique and multiple unit needs. We maintain a robust database of quality professionals at the ready. What's more, your open positions will be provided to our nationwide recruiters, who will locate the candidates who possess the clinical skills and experience you require.

Your Hospital Account Manager will forward you candidate profiles that fit your specialized job description and who express an interest in working at your facility. The profiles will be sent electronically or, at your request, via fax.

Determining Your Staffing Needs

As our client, you determine the length of the assignment. We can fill positions ranging from four to 52 weeks, or longer if needed. After screening the candidate profiles, you decide which candidates to interview by phone. We'll arrange the details. Based on your personal interview with the candidate, you are free to make an assignment offer to fill your opening.

Our healthcare professionals work the shift you specify and are scheduled as part of your staff for their entire assignment.
